What to include

• The page or feature affected and approximately when the problem occurred.
• The listing ID or public listing URL when reporting vehicle data.
• A screenshot and the exact error message, with private information removed.
• Your username for account issues. Never send your password, API keys, full card details, or session cookies.

Billing

Use the billing portal on your Account page to view or cancel a subscription. For a payment or promotion problem, include the payment email and approximate checkout time, but do not send complete card information.

Security and privacy

Report suspected account compromise or security issues with “Security” in the subject line. Privacy and account-data requests are handled under the Privacy Notice.

Data corrections

CarMetria derives analytics from third-party vehicle listings. To report a mismatched relisting, incorrect seller grouping, generation, sold status, or comparable-price result, include the relevant CarMetria and source listing IDs so the evidence can be reviewed.
