Terms of Service

The rules for using CarMetria’s vehicle-market analytics, alerts, German market watch, and AI assistant.

1. The service

CarMetria provides vehicle-listing monitoring, historical market statistics, estimated comparable prices, alerts, seller and inventory analysis, import-market views, and AI-assisted access to selected data. Features may evolve during the service’s early-access period.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. An account is personal and may not be shared, resold, automated, or used to give unauthorized access to another person. Notify support@carmetria.eu promptly if you suspect account misuse.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe at the price and interval shown during checkout. Promotions may apply only for the period stated at checkout. You can manage or cancel an active subscription through the account billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not remove rights provided by mandatory consumer law. Contact support promptly about billing errors.

If you purchase as a consumer, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within the period provided by applicable law. To exercise any applicable withdrawal right, contact support@carmetria.eu with an unambiguous request. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

4. Estimates are not guarantees

CarMetria does not provide legal, tax, financial, mechanical, or investment advice and does not broker or guarantee any vehicle transaction.

5. Acceptable use

You may use the service for your own research and legitimate business analysis. You may not circumvent access limits, probe or disrupt the service, submit malicious content, scrape or bulk-export CarMetria outside provided functions, reverse engineer restricted components, misuse third-party data, or use the assistant to access data beyond your authorization.

6. Third-party services and listings

Vehicle listings, dealer sites, Stripe, Cloudflare, email delivery, OpenRouter, and AI model providers are independent services. Their availability, content, prices, and policies are outside CarMetria’s control. Links do not imply endorsement.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep CarMetria available and data current, but maintenance, source changes, network failures, rate limits, or other events may delay or interrupt features. Plans, limits, or functionality may change; material changes affecting paid users will be communicated reasonably in advance where practicable.

8. Suspension and termination

Access may be limited or suspended to protect the service, investigate abuse, comply with law, or address unpaid subscriptions. You may request account closure through support. Provisions that logically survive closure, including payment obligations, acceptable-use restrictions, disclaimers, and dispute terms, continue to apply.

9. Liability and statutory rights

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CarMetria is provided without a guarantee that data is complete, accurate, uninterrupted, or suitable for a particular transaction. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Contact and changes

Questions can be sent to support@carmetria.eu. Updated terms will show a new effective date and version. Material changes will be communicated, and renewed acceptance requested, where required by applicable law. Terms version: 2026-08-23.
